AKXYコンセプトは、自動車の材料や技術のサプライヤーとしての旭化成をプロモーションするためのショーケースとして開発されました。その車両は自動車と旭化成のビジョンの未来の接点を探す旅でもあります。
HOME-LIKE CUSTOMIZATION

家と同じように、時間をかけて共に車両を進化させていける車両というアイデアが生まれました。これは、今後も車両を自由に更新することができ、常に最新技術をアピールすることができるというロングライフな一面にも寄与します。

EARLY STAGES

当初私たちはHOMEの静的な空間を表現するために、完全に透明で箱型のキャビンは、内部の空間を劇的に拡大し、インテリアのカスタマイズのアイデアを高め、会話を弾ませると確信していました。その後、実現可能性を検討しながら、丸みを帯びたデザインに方向転換しました。
MAGNET GRID

フロアに埋め込まれたマグネットグリッドと、車内を360度取り囲む溝により、AKXY製品を自由に装着することができ、車内を自分だけの空間に変えることができます。
“ASAHI” COLOR THEME

AKXY2のカラーテーマのインスピレーションは「ASAHI」から来ています。私たちは朝焼けに染まる美しい空と雲を未来の幕開けとして表現しました。
HIGH-TECH MATERIALS

旭化成とその子会社であるSage Automotive Interiorsの提供により、AKXY2にはさまざまな素材、ファブリック、コーティングなどが採用されています。

Our client, Asahi Kasei, is a supplier to the automotive industry. Its AKXY concepts serve to promote and demonstrate the company’s (and its subsidiaries’) products.
HOME-LIKE CUSTOMIZATION

Evolve the vehicle over time the way you would your home. This also gives Asahi Kasei the freedom to update the vehicle so they can consistently showcase their latest technologies.

EARLY STAGES

Representing static space, a radical fully transparent box-shaped cabin dramatically increased space inside, enhanced the idea of home-like interior customization and was sure to spark conversations. Feasiblity studies made us pivot to a rounder design.
MAGNET GRID

A recessed magnet grid in the floor and a 360 degree groove surrounding the interior allow for the fitting of AKXY Products, turning the vehicle into your personalized space.
“ASAHI” COLOR THEME
▼
Meaning ”morning sun”, the first part of the Asahi Kasei name signifies harmony with nature. It served as a source of inspiration for AKXY2’s color theme.
HIGH-TECH MATERIALS

AKXY2 is equipped with a wide variety of materials, fabrics, coatings and more, courtesy of Asahi Kasei and its subsidiary Sage Automotive Interiors.
